Terms & Conditions.

Each project starts with a written scope — what we're building, the deliverables, the timeline and the cost. That scope, plus any follow-up emails confirming changes, is the agreement between us.

Most engagements are split into milestones (typically a kickoff deposit, mid-project payment and a final payment on launch). Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 7 days unless we agree otherwise.

When the final invoice is paid, you own the source code, design files and content we've produced for your project. We keep the right to show the finished work in our portfolio unless you've asked us to keep things under NDA.

A reasonable round of revisions is included at each milestone. Larger changes that fall outside the original scope are quoted separately so timelines and budgets stay honest.

We hand over with a 30-day care window for bug fixes on what we shipped. Beyond that, ongoing support, hosting and third-party tooling are your responsibility unless you're on a retainer with us.
